Customer support should be called “delayed sales” because even though I am a customer now, you need to sell me on why I should continue to be a customer.

Its basically a list of sayings and quotes and stuff to feed an RSS ticker that moves along the bottom of my screen (tickershock) with these quotes. Otherwise I find I dont really read them much.
